One Angry Wiggler is a Darkmess Tentacle battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the train tracks in Terra Flora. This is the first Darkmess Tentacle battle on the planet. The heroes board Wiggler Train, with Sullivan as the engineer. As they travel on the tracks, a Wiggler gets enraged and follows the train into the Darkmess Tentacle. The heroes must destroy 16 Darkmess Eyes on the Wiggler within 12 turns, before it destroys the train. The battle takes place on the Wiggler Train, and clearing the battle grants the heroes a Purified Darkmess Energy Crystal, along with the Memory of Sullivan.

Layout[edit]

The Wiggler Train is split up between four cars, plus the engine, which cannot be reached to. The Wiggler is on the right side of the train.

Caboose[edit]

The caboose is where the heroes start, along with two barrels that have the Splash Super Effect, plus a Jump Panel.

Third train car[edit]

The third train car has an Oozer, along with a pipe connecting to the second car, with a Jump Panel on the bridge that connects the two cars.

Second train car[edit]

The second train car has two Sea Stooges close to a barrel containing the Shock Super Effect. There is high ground at the top left of the car, where a Lone Wolf resides. A pipe on this high ground connects to the first train car. A Jump Panel is on the lower ground, to the right.

First train car[edit]

The first train car also has high ground, forming an "r" shape, with another Lone Wolf here, who is close to a barrel containing the Splash Super Effect. On the lower ground there is a Jump Panel, along with an Oozer behind indestructible cover.

Battle[edit]

The Wiggler will slam into the Wiggler Train every turn, damaging cover on the train car that is hit. It will then move to another closer to the engine or away from it. This battle must be cleared in 12 turns, otherwise the Wiggler will destroy the train. There are Darkmess Eyes on the side of the Wiggler, with three initially. When those three are destroyed, five more will appear the next turn. After those five are destroyed, the final eight will appear. When those final Darkmess Eyes are destroyed, the battle is won.

Darkmess portals will appear during the battle, containing Sea Stooges, Oozers, and eventually Magnafowls.

Ending[edit]

A Purified Darkmess Energy Crystal is obtained after the battle, and the Wiggler calms down. The heroes wave goodbye to it, and reach to Mt. Spout.
