Midwinter Gateway is a Side Quest in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the planet Pristine Peaks. It is Madame Bwahstrella's Gateway Challenge for the planet.

After clearing out the first Darkmess Tentacle, the heroes can find Madame Bwahstrella's building from a side path after the ice has melted. When the heroes enter, Madame Bwahstrella will provide them a challenge that involves lots of enemies. If the heroes can complete the battle, the Quest is complete, and they are awarded a Planet Coin, as well as a Skill Prism.

The battle is always random, but the heroes must defeat a lot of enemies to win. The battlefield and enemies can vary, and all enemies encountered in Pristine Peaks and before can appear, including Ghostly Walkers. After all of the enemies are defeated, the battle is won.
