The Trevi Fountain appears as one of the landmarks in the Rome Avanti 3 course in Mario Kart Tour, where players glide over the fountain. Note Blocks appear over the fountain in the T variant, while colored Water Geysers spout out of it in the R/T variant.

The Trevi Fountain returns in Tour Rome Avanti in the Booster Course Pass DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The fountain is now properly flowing, rather than being static as in Mario Kart Tour, and its waters can now be driven through as an underwater section.
