Tour and became the signature glider of Mario (SNES) in the Super Mario Kart Tour. The glider is a recreation of Small Mario's jumping sprite from Super Mario Bros. with an 8-bit connecting pole. It increases the chances of getting Mega Mushrooms from Item Boxes and awards additional points for crashing other drivers while under the effects of a Mega Mushroom.

A variant of this glider called the 8-Bit Jumping Luigi was introduced in the Mario vs. Luigi Tour and is also classified as a Super glider.
