Mario's Cross-Canada Tour was a real life event tour event which took place in various parts of Canada from November 13 to December 18, 2011. During the event, a person dressed as Mario would greet and take photos with Canadians at various locations, including city landmarks, sports stadiums, retail storefronts, and holiday parades. The event was originally announced on Nintendo's website on November 3, 2011.[1] The logo features a maple leaf in place of an apostrophe.
