In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels is located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being floatie viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the rows #2 and #8, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
# The 14 coins inside the barrels in the first- and second-revealed rows.
# The 5 coins inside the barrels in the sixth-revealed row.
# The 5 coins inside the barrels in the fourth-revealed row.
# The coin in the middle of the eighth-revealed row.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 9 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the [[Dry Bones]] assistant upon completing this stage.

* Capsule amount is increased from 44 to 46.
* The unscrolled part of the stage is shifted up by one row, removing the topmost row that consisted of two barrels containing viruses and five Brick Blocks.
* Brick Blocks are added between the barrels in the topmost row before the stage scrolls.
* The ice fans in the row visible after the stage scrolls up eight times are changed to become barrels that contain viruses. A virus is added to the middle of that row (previously it contained nothing).
* An ice fan is added to the middle of the row visible after the stage scrolls up nine times, replacing a virus.

Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access [[World 12 (Dr. Mario World)|World 12]]. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

World 11 from Dr. Mario World
Game Dr. Mario World
Level(s) 44
<< List of worlds >>

World 11 is a volcanic-themed world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 2 AM PT on Jan. 9, 2020[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 12 AM PT on Jan. 23, 2020[2].

When an area is cleared, Dry Bones, Bone Goombas, and Lava Bubbles appear, along with Whomp in the second area. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and light-blue.

Starting with 35 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (28).

This stage introduces barrels, which require up to two hits to destroy. Destroying barrels the first time will reveal its contents, and destroying it the second time will cause the contents to be active or able to be matched. In addition to barrels, half-frozen viruses are found surrounded by barrels, each line containing a gap. All barrels contain viruses.

Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (14) and collect all virus coins (5).

This stage is shaped like a four-leaf clover in the form of crates, where the barrels are in the middle that contain viruses in the undamaged barrels and an exploder in the partially-damaged one. The dusts in this stage cover exploders. Four floatie viruses are found on the outside of the border of crates, along with two more diagonally above the bottom floatie virus. The virus coins are found in the four corners and the middle within the border.

Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to collect all keys (4).

In this stage, there are four columns of barrels with a few Brick Blocks among them, with the keys and doors found on the topmost and bottom-most parts of the columns. In between the columns are floatie viruses. Every barrel contains a virus, but the Brick Blocks have nothing in them.

Starting with 42 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (27).

This stage contains colorful crates and ice fans, along with viruses occupying on the other parts in the odd-numbered rows, some of them covered in clouds. In addition, shells are found in the rows #2 and #8, while crates and Brick Blocks are found on rows #4 and #6. A pop cannon is in the middle of row #10.

The capsule amount is increased from 39 to 42 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • A pop cannon is added in the middle of row #10.

Starting with 42 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (42) and collect all coins from Coin Blocks (27).

This stage is shaped like a fireball interspersed with viruses, Brick Blocks and barrels (both partially damaged and undamaged). All barrels in this level contain viruses.

The capsule amount is increased from 38 to 42 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Starting with 30 capsules, the objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins (20) and collect all keys (7).

The level contains three rows of seven purple coins. Above the top row of purple coins are barriers where the middle three are active and the others inactive. The middle seven columns contain keys and doors. The Brick Blocks on the leftmost and rightmost columns contains hidden viruses, while the Brick Blocks in row #2 are empty.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 6 coins found in row #9.
  2. The 7 coins found in row #7.
  3. The 7 coins found in row #5.

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule amount is reduced from 38 to 30.
  • The two bottom-most Brick Blocks in the leftmost and rightmost columns are no longer there, revealing the viruses that were hidden.
  • A yellow lock block replaces the middle purple coin in row #9. This lock block corresponds to the viruses in row #6, which changed from red cages to yellow cages.
  • The ordering of the purple coins has changed. Initially, the ordering of coins to be unlocked are: (1) the coins in the row #7, (2) the coins in the row #5, (3) the coins in the row #9.

In this stage, there are yellow cages on the left, top and right sides of the stage containing Brick Blocks and viruses, with its corresponding lock block found in the middle column. There are red cages each holding an exploder, with its corresponding lock block found in the barrel on the right side. Every other barrel contains viruses.

The capsule amount is increased from 31 to 36 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Starting with 36 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (14) and break all colorful crates (15).

This stage is shaped like a funnel, with the Empty Blocks forming the slopes, and below the blocks are crates. Five floatie viruses within bubbles are found in the middle column blocked by a colorful crate, along with colorful crates in a checkered pattern. Viruses are found in the top-most row.

The capsule amount is increased from 32 to 36 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

In this stage, there are four quadrants partially separated by Empty Blocks each containing four barrels, along with four flasks found in each corner of the quadrants, two of them start partially-filled (prior to version 1.2.5, all flasks started empty). The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, exploders or Brick Blocks. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Fire Peach.
