Plants are enemies in the game Donkey Kong for the Game Boy. They first appear in the Forest in stage 1-3. Plants shoot out seeds in regular intervals. The seeds fly horizontally across the screen and kill Mario if he touches them. However, Mario can touch the plants themselves and stand on them fine.
