Chilly Waters is a wintery-based board in Mario Party 3. It is inhabited by Penguins and a large Mr. Blizzard who sits at the top of the board. He will throw an enormous snowball on top of the player who lands on a ? space, and make them miss a turn. The board also has a five-way junction at the centre of the board.
