Chris Meledandri is an American film producer for Illumination, a studio division of Universal Pictures. Meledandri is the producer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie and worked alongside Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto to make the film. He has stated that Nintendo would have control of the project alongside Illumination, to produce the film.
