Kazooie

Banjo-Kazooie refers to: the bear and bird duo of Banjo the bear and Kazooie the bird, the Banjo-Kazooie series of games they star in, and the first game in the series, Banjo-Kazooie for the Nintendo 64. The duo of Banjo and Kazooie are often seen together, and thus are commonly referred to together in hyphenation. As a playable duo, they will be appearing in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as the third Fighter's Pass DLC character.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Template:Main-external The 'Super Smash Bros. Ultimate reveal trailer for the duo was shown off during a Nintendo Direct on June 11th, 2019, and they will be releasing sometime in Fall 2019. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate marks their first appearance on a Nintendo system since 2005's Banjo-Pilot for the Game Boy Advance, and their first physical appearance in a new game since the Xbox 360 version of 2010's Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. This will be Kazooie's first appearance in a Mario-series title.
Their moveset and appearance is directly pulled from their two Nintendo 64 titles, Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie. Spiral Mountain, the location of their home, will serve as the representation for their stage.
Other appearances
Banjo and Kazooie appeared in the 2000 N-Gang comic "N-Gang vs. Nintendo", where they played on the same soccer camp team with Wario, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, and Lanky Kong. Mario refereed the match.
