Bowcien is Bowser possesed by Lucien, who appears as the final boss of Mario Tennis Aces and must be defeated in the mission Template of Bask Shrine.
During the battle, Bowcien will be protected by a giant Bubble Shield, and to attack him, Mario must throw the Tennis ball to smaller Bubbles that appear near the big Bubble. After a few throws, Bowcien will move the small bubbles. After throwing the Tennis ball on all small bubbles, the big Bubble Shield will disappear and Mario can attack Bowcien to reduce a Heart from his health. He then must repeat the procces two times more to defeat Bowcien, destroy Lucien, and complete the game. Bowcien can attack by jumping on the ground to make fire circles appear (similar to Bowser in Super Mario Odyssey) and by sending objects at Mario.[1]
