Boomerang Ball

Boomerang Ball is Diddy Kong's Power Shot in Mario Superstar Baseball. The ability can be used when Diddy Kong is pitching and batting. If it is used while pitching, Diddy Kong tosses a Boomerang, with a yellow glow around it, towards the batter. It acts as a Boomerang, and curves greatly away from the batter, before curving again towards the batter. It does this at great speeds, making it hard to hit. When used while batting, Diddy Kong hits the ball, with a Boomerang attached, which curves along the field, the same way it curves while pitching. Because of this, fielders will find it hard to catch the ball. In the Challenge Mode of the game, Diddy has to first buy the Chimp Banana in order to use the Boomerang Ball, whereas, in Exhibition Mode, Diddy Kong can use the move any time, as long as he has enough star power.
