Weird Ball

Weird Ball is Birdo's special ability in Mario Superstar Baseball. The effect of the ball is the exact same as Yoshi's Egg Ball. Once thrown while Pitching, it will bounce on one side of the ground, and then bounce really far to the other side as it passes the batter. This can trick the batter, as the ball quickly bounces from one side to the other. While batting, if it is used the Ball will be shot in the infield, and will bounce around the entire area. It does not fly far, however. It looks just like Yoshi's Egg Ball, except the Weird Ball has pink polka-dots similar to those seen spangling the Birdo Eggs of Mario Kart: Double Dash!!.
