Fly Guy is a character that appears in a few games.

In Super Mario 64, Fly Guy appears in Shifting Sand Land. He flies around the course, spitting fireballs at you, to try to force you into the lethal quicksand. He also appears in Big-Small world, and spits fire at you near edges, trying to kick you off the edge.

In Mario Power Tennis, Fly Guy is a character known for his technique.
