Electroid (enemy)

Electroids are enemies, which appear in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are purple electric spheres with two eyes, which are locked in round cages full of a violet matter. Generally, Electroids make a electricity line, linking each other. They only appear in the Factory area, moving near holes and narrow tunnels that the Kongs must pass. In Switcheroo, they can be eliminated if the Kongs activate the colored switch platforms that the Electroids are contacted in, causing them to be pushed out of the area.
