1 UP Heart

A 1-Up Heart is basicly the exact same thing as a 1-Up Mushroom. The item first appeared in the Game Boy video games Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land 2. Once Mario finds the item, it will stay still until he obtains it, where as the 1-Up Mushroom will scroll off the screen unless he would quickly grab it.
