Boo Repellant

The Boo Repellent is an item found only in Mario Party 3. However, it has a similar effect to Mario Party 4's Gaddlight.
When a Boo tried to steal coins or a star from a player holding a Boo Repellent, the Boo would be scared away from it, having no effect. The player could use a Boo Repellent only for one Boo, then had to get a new one.
