Koopa Kard

The Koopa Card is a special item only found in Mario Party 3. It could not be bought in an item shop or won in an item game. However, players could get it by buying an Item Bag (which contains three random items) at an item shop or meeting Toad on an Item Space.
When a player holding a Koopa Card passed a Bank Space, he was able to claim all of the bank's coins.
