#{{User|Arend}} I feel like splitting the Luigi blimp away from the other ''Mario Kart'' blimps is a bit weird considering they're all nearly identical in function as aesthetic background elements (plus the Luigi blimp only made three appearances and hasn't appeated again since the GBA courses in ''Mario Kart DS'').
