Space]], [[Kamek]] speaks a spell at his Crystal Ball, and one is Kamek's Spell No. 8. That spell gives the 3 Halfway Dice Blocks that replace all other items and warps with another player. It only costs one coin, and is one of the most ridiculous items in the game. It is only useful when increasing chances on landing on a good space that is one or two spaces away.

A Halfway Dice Block is an item that is purchasable in the Item Shop of Mario Party DS. As its name suggests, this item has a maximum number of 5, half of numbers of a normal Dice Block, which goes up to 10 . Also, in Kamek's Library, when the player landed on a certain ? Space, Kamek would appear and replace the player's items with three Halfway Dice Blocks. It only costs one coin, and is only really useful to increas the chance of landing on a good space that is a few spaces away.
