A Zess Cookie is an item in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Zess Cookies can be made by cooking some Cake Mix with Gradual Syrup. The item heals fifteen HP and fifteen FP, making it superior to the original Paper Mario's Big Cookie, which restored twenty FP. They can also be created by mixing a Mystic Egg with some Cake Mix, which, again, is the same recipe used for the Big Cookie. The Zess Cookie returns in Super Paper Mario under the name Sweet Cookie Snack.
