The Koopa Card.
The Koopa Card is a special item only found in Mario Party 3. It could not be bought in an item shop or won in an item game. However, players could get it by buying an Item Bag at an item shop or meeting Toad on an Item Space.
When a player holding a Koopa Card passed a Bank Space, he or she can claim all of the bank's current coins.
