First appearance Super Mario Odyssey (2017)

Hills[1] are fast-moving solid objects that appear on the Darker Side in Super Mario Odyssey. They are rounded metallic objects with a Bowser symbol in the middle of each that rise from lava and move below floating grates. In order to progress, Mario needs to jump from one hill to the other while they are quickly moving opposite the direction he is moving. Hills appear in three different sizes. They rise from lava from shortest to tallest, then the pattern repeats.
