[[Mario]] starts off near [[Elevator]]s where he must go right where he will encounter [[Wire]]s but he should be careful as Sparks return and he should watch his [[Jumping]] so he doesn't fall onto the [[Spike Trap|Spike]]s. There is also a platform in the middle below the wires so Mario doesn't fall onto spikes and can jump back up to the wires, Mario can swing on the lower wire to get up to the higher wire then he can do a big wire swing jump to the left to get a [[1 UP Heart]] for an [[Extra Life]] but Mario must watchout for the Faiachūs as they can walk on the bottom of the platform they're on which is also above the platform with the 1 UP Heart then he must jump off and grab the wires to save himself. Mario must swing up to the the next platform with a [[Trash Can]] then he must climb up the [[Ladder]] and watchout for the roaming Faiachūs but he can pick up the trash can in the middle and throw it at them to defeat them, Mario must then climb up either ladders to get to the [[Key]], there is also wires on each side which Mario can reach with his [[Handstand Jump]] or [[Backflip]] but other than that they don't do much. Mario must then grab the key then go over to the elevators going down and ride them down to the bottom then he must simply go over to the [[Door]] to end the level.

Stage 3-5 is the fifth level of the Ship in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. This stage marks the return of Faiachūs and Wire Traps.

Layout[edit]

Mario starts off just to the left of the Exit Door. He must start by heading right to the Rope, protected by a Wire Trap. He must perform a Wire Spin to reach both a 1 UP Heart and Pauline's hat, located right next to a Dust Man. Mario must climb the ladder onto a long platform with two rotating Faiachū. At this point, Mario can jump high to the right to reach the bag. At the top is the Key. Upon collecting it, Mario can simply head to the left and use the descending elevators to reach the Exit Door just below. On the way, he can reach the parasol on a nearby platform. He may then unlock the Exit Door to complete the level.
