Aunt Marie is a minor character in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. She is a member of Mario and Luigi's family, being the wife of of Mario and Luigi's Uncle Arthur.

History

The Super Mario Bros. Movie

In The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Marie is shown living with Papa Mario, Mama Mario, Uncle Tony, Mario, Luigi, their grandfather and niece. During the dinner conversation, Arthur sarcastically quips about Mario and Luigi's deserving an Oscar for worst actors for the Super Mario Bros. Plumbing commercial, causing Marie to smack him in the head. Marie only reappears close to the end of the movie, being among the crowd of people in New York celebrating Bowser's defeat.
