Dr. Mario makes his [[Mario Kart (series)|''Mario Kart'' series]] debut in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', being added alongside Dr. Luigi as a separate driver from Mario in his own [[List of tours in Mario Kart Tour|tour]], the [[Doctor Tour (2022)|2022 Doctor Tour]]. Both have the [[Capsule]] as their [[Special skill (Mario Kart Tour)|special skill]].
