The box of chocolates is an item that only appears in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 3

The Kongs can obtain the box of chocolates by purchasing it at Bazaar's General Store for twenty bear coins. When Dixie and Kiddy Kong give both items to Bachelor, he rewards the Kongs with a Banana Bird, which he had offered earlier.
