Bowser's Factory is a race course in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, appearing in the first and third rounds of the Bowser Cup (which is only available for 100cc and up), while its counterpart, Bowser's Castle, appears in the second and fourth rounds of the same cup. The course uses a revamped layout of the Bowser's Castle of Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, but is a lot more mechanical in comparison.
Bowser's Factory, known as Bowser's Castle in Mario Kart Arcade GP and its successor, is the first course in the Bowser Cup in the aforementioned games, appearing before Castle Wall. Racers first enter the castle through an opening that resembles Bowser's head, not too different from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. They go through a hallway and end up in Bowser's throne room, covered with lava. After this area, racers can see Thwomps (their design is very similar to ones seen in Super Mario Bros. 3) and a hallway with medieval armor for Koopa Troopas. Bowser Jr. can be seen, standing on his throne and cheering at players. The racers eventually leave the castle and arrive back at the starting line.

Racers start by driving into the castle (with a very large statue of Bowser looming over the gateway), and making a hairpin turn in a room full of moving gears and pistons above lava. Afterwards, they drive straight ahead to the entrance of the eponymous factory section, which about half of the course takes place in. Upon entering the factory, the racers turn right and move along the path as various Bob-ombs are being produced, overseen by King Bob-omb. After that, racers drive through a hallway under a giant Thwomp, held in place with two platforms that prevent it from collapsing, to then turn right as they enter a section in which Banzai Bills are being placed in hatches. They then exit the factory, ending up on a cliff in a volcanic area, which path leads them back to the entrance of the castle.
In Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, the course is remodeled and now goes under its current title, while Castle Wall would take the Bowser's Castle name for itself. Here, in the new racetrack, a factory section is added with Bob-ombs and King Bob-omb, and, after that section, there is a very large Thwomp that does not crush players due to two platforms preventing it from collapsing.
