A doc token is a collectible item in Dr. Mario World. Introduced in version 1.2.0, players earn them after completing the daily booster for every 45 viruses eliminated, though if they pay in diamonds, they can earn triple the amount. Doc tokens can also be earned in events and battle boxes. 100 doc tokens can be redeemed for a guaranteed doctor pull in the staffing menu.
