Template:Item-infobox Poles (originally called Safety Bars[1]) are flexible bollard objects found in the Metro Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. Mario can capture Poles, which, after he pulls back, give him extra jump momentum in the direction he slung back. In addition to being on the horizontal plane, Poles can be found on the vertical plane as well, and some Volbonans lodged into the walls act as Poles in their own regard.
