Sonny is a character in the Saturday Supercade episode Hairy Parent. He is a resident of Safari Land who wishes to see his "Momma".
Sonny first appears at the beginning of the episode, where he crashed into Donkey Kong while he was about to find someone to deliver his letter to. Trusting Donkey Kong, he gave him his letter to Momma, and pointed out a nearby biplane before taking off again.
He is not seen again until the very end of the episode, where he embraces Momma, who tagged along for Mario, Pauline, and Donkey Kong's return trip to Safari Land. He and Momma shared a hug as Donkey Kong escaped.
