100m is an Event that appears in the Athletics category of the Nintendo 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games. In this event, the characters race to get to the finish in the fastest time. The starting world record for this event is 9.58, and the starting Olympic record is 9.69.

Gameplay

The event starts with the characters lining up on the starting line preparing to run. During this time, the player can hold A Button to charge up their character.
