The water is manufactured from the carbonated ocean of the kingdom, and blended within the Glass Tower in the center of Bubblaine. As also stated in the Bubblaine Brochure under the category "A Miraculous Mixture", " The 4 fountains in Bubblaine spray seawater toward the Glass Tower.
