Template:Worldbox Mini Mayhem (also called Floor 1, listed as Floor G or Ground Floor in the PAL version) is the first floor in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!. It is a counterpart to Mushroom Mayhem in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

Being the first floor, all the levels are relatively simple and easy, allowing the player to adjust to the game mechanics. The only Mini that can be controlled is the Mini Mario, so the player cannot use the Mini Toad or Mini Peach. The only enemy to appear on this floor is a single Circus Kong in Room G-7. The plus rooms are slightly harder than the normal floor, with each level being significantly bigger, and there is also the addition of Shy Guys and Snifits.

The backdrop depicts a blue sky and green hills all painted onto a metal wall, with fake clouds hung from strings scrolling across the roof. For the plus world, the only difference is the orange-colored sky.

Once the player beats the boss battle on this floor, they can move on to Sandstone Stroll.
