- This article is about the glider from Mario Kart 8. For the enemy introduced in New Super Mario Bros. U, see Waddlewing.
The Waddle Wing is an unlockable glider appearing in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The glider is based off of the Waddlewing enemy. As with the Super Glider, Wario Wing, Plane Glider, Gold Glider, and Paper Glider, the glider does not give any abilities to the player's vehicle. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, CPU Donkey Kong and Tanooki Mario uses this glider whenever they are riding the Varmint. Tanooki Mario also uses this glider with the Tanooki Kart.
