The Country Winner is Donkey Kong's personal kart first appearing in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 (where it was nameless) and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. It specializes in speed and weight, but has very low acceleration. It has a handling boost in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, however.
