Icy Spiked Balls are ice-covered Spiked Balls that first appear in New Super Mario Bros. 2, exclusively in World 4-1. Both normal and Giant Spiked Balls appear, and behave identically to normal Spiked Balls.
They reappear in Yoshi's Woolly World, where they are summoned by Snifberg the Unfeeling. They roll down attempting to hurt Yoshi, and can only be avoided in this game.
