Toadstool Castle appears as the sixth floor of this game. This floor's levels are the first in the game to feature moving platforms, and balance beams similar to the ones from Super Mario Bros. The music played in the levels is 'Inside The Castle Walls' from Super Mario 64.
No new enemies are introduced into this area but all the toy kongs appear as enemies at least once. Thwomps are plentiful as well. This area even introduces the Balance Beam of which the Minis get on to lower it. The more minis on one end the lower that platform goes.
The Donkey Kong battle is like the battle with him in both Tropical Island and Magnet Mania. His platform sways and moves left and right. Donkey Kong will shoot down Spiked Balls at the Minis. To defeat him this time, the Minis must drop down Toad portraits down at his head. This can be difficult because Donkey Kong is constantly swaying and moving. Once defeated, he flees to Spooky Attic.
