Mamar is one of the seven Star Spirits in Paper Mario. Because of her kind-hearted and happy nature, she looks after the six other Star Spirits. She is the Star Spirit Tutankoopa guards. Her power is just like a Sleepy Sheep.
In Mario Party 5, Mamar is the guide of bonus mode. She is the only Star Spirit that appears on the box art.
