The Flutter Orb is an orb in Mario Party 6. It is known as the Wiggler Capsule in Mario Party 5, where it can be thrown to a space on the board or used on the player for 40 coins (twenty to open the capsule and another twenty for the Star). Its effect is that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appears on a flower asking if the player wants him to take them to the Power Star. Accepting makes Wiggler turn into a Flutter, who flies the player to the Star Space. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it becomes an Orb that players can only use on themselves. It costs thirty coins at the Orb Shop. Again, the effect is still the same.
In Mario Party 7, the Flutter Orb can only be bought at the Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! boards.
