The '''Yoshi Tour''' was the sixty-seventh tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on April 6, 2022 and ended on April 19, 2022. Being themed around {{wp|Easter}} like the two previous [[Yoshi Tour]]s, it introduced a new yellow variant of [[Yoshi|Yoshi (Egg Hunt)]] with a gold eggshell, as well as a white [[Birdo]] and Wave 3 of [[Mii|Mii Racing Suits]] which are themed around Yoshi and Birdo. Unlike the previous Yoshi Tours, which both only introduced two new R/T courses, this tour introduced [[N64 Yoshi Valley|Yoshi Valley]] from ''[[Mario Kart 64]]'' as a new [[classic course]] (making this the first tour to introduce a new N64 course since the [[Exploration Tour (2020)|2020 Exploration Tour]] forty-five tours prior introducing [[N64 Choco Mountain]]). The menu's background featured some mountains and hot-air balloons from N64 Yoshi Valley as the landmark for this tour. This was the first tour since the [[Bowser vs. DK Tour]] twenty-four tours prior in which all 36 courses are classic courses.

As part of a 2.5-Year Anniversary celebration, this tour retained the 2.5 Year Anniversary Challenges from the [[Samurai Tour|previous tour]], while also featuring upgraded items in the Token Shop, including [[Toad|Toad (Party Time)]], [[Ice Mario (Super Mario Galaxy)|Ice Mario]], the [[Pink Gold Paper Glider]], and the [[Bruiser]], as well as a High-End pipe. This tour featured a pipe known as the Colorful Pipe, which only contained 10 spotlight drivers, including [[Yoshi (species)|White Yoshi]] and [[Birdo|Birdo (Black)]], but the pipe would no longer be able to be pulled after it was emptied.

This tour brought back the [[Snap a Photo]] bonus challenge from the [[Yoshi Tour (2021)|2021 Yoshi Tour]], making this the first instance of a Snap a Photo bonus challenge being reused.

This tour's [[Coin Rush (Mario Kart Tour)|Coin Rush]] course was [[3DS Daisy Hills]], which was reused from the [[Flower Tour]] and the [[Summer Tour (2021)|2021 Summer Tour]].

A ninth set of [[List of challenge cards in Mario Kart Tour|Expert Challenges]] was made available at the start of this tour. This was the first Expert Challenges card since the one that ran from the [[Summer Festival Tour]] to the [[Sunset Tour]] to not be released on or before a Team Rally tour. The ninth set of Expert Challenges has ended on the [[Metropolitan Tour]].

Starting from this tour, [[Wario|Wario (Cowboy)]], [[Cat Mario|Cat Toad]], the [[Black Dozer]], [[Kamek's Zoom Broom]], the [[Treasure Map]], and the [[Meteor Balloons]] are obtainable in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.

==Today's Challenge==
Players' most recently used kart and glider are chosen, and favorite and favored ones have extra priority. Opponents are arranged randomly. On day 1 of this tour, players finish a race in [[3DS Rainbow Road|3DS Rainbow Road R]] in the [[Mii Cup]] using [[Ice Mario (Super Mario Galaxy)|Ice Mario]] for a free pipe launch. Starting from day 2, players have to finish a race in the earliest incomplete course that is not in any of the ranked cups using the driver shown on the course's thumbnail every day to obtain the corresponding reward in the table below. Once all of the courses are completed, the courses are selected at random.
