He is known for voicing Dodoria since ''{{Wp|Dragon Ball: Raging Blast}}'', an unnamed Scotland yard inspector in ''{{Wp|JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation}}'', and [[Big (character)|Big the Cat]] in ''{{Wp|Sonic X}}'' and since ''{{Wp|Sonic Heroes}}'', replacing {{Wp|Shun Yashiro}}.

In ''Super Mario'' games, Nagasako is most notable for voicing [[Donkey Kong]]. Long before voicing his usual Donkey Kong, Nagasako also voiced [[Ganondorf]] in games like ''The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time'', ''The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker'', and ''[[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]'', and would eventually reprise his role as the character in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''.
