The '''Peach vs. Daisy Tour''' was the thirty-seventh tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on February 10, 2021 and ended on February 23, 2021. This tour was the second to have a [[Team Rally]] event, pitting Team [[Princess Peach|Peach]] against Team [[Princess Daisy|Daisy]]. As such, Peach (Wedding) and Daisy (Fairy) returned as the spotlight characters for the first week (who previously appeared together in the Princess Pipe in the [[Sunset Tour]]), while [[Mario|Mario (Chef)]] and [[Shy Guy|Shy Guy (Pastry Chef)]] returned for the second week. A new Choco Island course, namely [[RMX Choco Island 2]], was introduced as the signature course of this tour. Since the tour also ran through Valentine's Day, a variant of [[Pauline]] wearing a red and black dress with a bouquet of red roses was introduced, while [[Baby Peach|Baby Peach (Cherub)]] returned for the tour's Special Pipe. The menu's background featured the hills from [[SNES Choco Island 1|Choco Island 1]] and RMX Choco Island 2 as the landmark for this tour. This was also the first tour to feature a bonus challenge that returned twice prior to this tour, being the [[Glider Challenge]] in the [[Ice Mario Cup]].  This was also the first tour to feature a [[Time Trial (Mario Kart Tour)|Time Trial]] bonus challenge in the final cup.

Team Peach, who collected 65% of team tokens, won the Team Rally. The title screen of the game was changed featuring Team Peach's victory, for the 2021 [[Mario Tour (2021)|Mario Tour]] and the 2021 [[Yoshi Tour (2021)|Yoshi Tour]].

The fourth set of [[List of challenge cards in Mario Kart Tour#Expert Challenges|Expert Challenges]] was also made available as this tour began, which then ended on the [[Sydney Tour (April–May 2021)|April–May 2021 Sydney Tour]].

From this tour, the [[Silver Bells]] are available in all regular pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
