The Mushroom Course is a golf course in Mario Golf: Advance Tour. It is unlocked by completing the other four courses' tournaments and is the last tourney to go through for both singles and doubles. Once the player has every trophy from Marion to Links, Princess Peach will send the player an invitation to compete in the Mushroom Kingdom. A glowing sphere will appear in the center of the Marion Clubhouse's foyer. Upon interacting with the sphere, Toad jumps out, asking the player if they wish to proceed to the Mushroom Kingdom. Princess Peach then begins the Mushroom Tourney. Mario goes into the pipe first, and everyone follows Mario to play the tourney. The player can decline the start of the tourney and explore around the castle or go back to the Marion Clubhouse, though there are no side games in the Mushroom Kingdom. Completing the Mushroom Tourney unlocks Star Tournaments and tourney greens.

This course combines elements of Peach's Castle Grounds and Bowser Badlands from Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour, also deriving its music from the former. Large mushrooms and floating Empty Blocks are found throughout the course as obstacles. Various Super Mario enemies appear here, including Piranha Plants, Bob-ombs, Pokeys, Thwomps, and Chain Chomps. Of these, Pokeys are the only ones that are not exclusive to this course; they also appear on the Star version of the Dunes Course. Proto Piranhas also make an appearance, though they are stationed out of bounds and do not affect gameplay. This is the only course to have Play Panels, which trigger hole-specific events whenever the ball stops on one. Some holes feature lava and goop as obstacles; landing the ball in either counts it out of bounds.

The Mushroom Course is not available in Go-Go Gates. It also has no Star variant, since it already features the kind of gimmicks that Star courses possess normally. Therefore, the only thing different about the course in Star Tournaments is the presence of tourney greens.
