This image looks like a beta Bouy Base. If you notice that column with a launcher at the bottom of it, it was not in Buoy Base Galaxy. Also there are chains go up. Is this a beta image or not?

I...don't know. I'll just remove the Buoy Base Galaxy part from the Aboutfile template.
