The Colosseum appears in all versions of ''[[Mario is Missing!]]'' as one of the landmarks that [[Luigi]] has to visit in Rome. It is closed because [[Koopa Troopa]]s stole a [[gladiator's spear]], and it can only reopen if Luigi returns it (though he is first asked some questions at the information booth, seen below). When Luigi returns it to the Colosseum, he is awarded $2000.

In ''[[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]]'', the course [[Wario Colosseum]] is set in an amphitheater resembling the Colosseum, and is also named after it.

The Colosseum itself appears in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'' as one of the landmarks visited in the [[Rome Avanti]] course. In the first route for the course, racers drive inside the Colosseum, and drive a full circumference of the building's interior, before gliding out of it. In the third route, racers drive through a bridge in the middle of the Colosseum, surrounded by two [[Chain Chomp]]s.

The Colosseum returns in {{classic|Tour|Rome Avanti}} in the ''{{Booster Course Pass}}'' DLC for ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]''.
