This version of Mario Circuit makes its classic course debut in Mario Kart Tour, starting with the Tokyo Tour. The course has undergone a few minor changes. Peach's Castle has been redesigned, with the entrance to the castle now having doors leading into the spiral upwards. The starting line has a new look that resembles a garden gate.
This version of Mario Circuit makes its classic course debut in Mario Kart Tour, starting with the Tokyo Tour. The course has undergone minor changes. Peach's Castle has been redesigned, with the entrance to the castle now having doors leading into the spiral upwards. The starting line has a new look that resembles a garden gate. Like all other courses, it has a reverse, trick, and reverse/trick variant, known as Mario Circuit R, Mario Circuit T, and Mario Circuit R/T respectively. The reverse and trick variant was introduced in the 2019 Winter Tour.

The course also appears as Mario Circuit R (reversed), Mario Circuit T (with ramps), and Mario Circuit R/T (reversed with ramps). The former two debuted alongside the original in the Tokyo Tour, while the latter debuted in the 2019 Winter Tour. In the T variant, there are several more mushroom trampolines, and the gliding section is gone; there is instead a glide ramp at the end of the track which allows racers to glide onto one of two sets of floating blocks. In the R/T variant, the gliding section is still gone, with a glide ramp appearing a bit after racers exit the castle.
