Linking Rules

Active sites only - If a site is down indefinitely, on indefinite hiatus, inactive for several months, or "Coming Soon", it will be removed.
No editorializing - List only the name of the site and a very brief description of its content. Comments like "The best fansite!!" will be removed.
No duplicates - If a site is both a fan site and a forum, it should not be listed in both places. Pick the most appropriate category.
