Ice Flowers are the opposite of Fire Flowers. Ice Flowers appear in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. The move is just like a Fire Flower (shooting Fireballs) but this time they shoot Iceballs. They make their enemies Attack, Defense and Speed go down sometimes when used againts them.
