Sproings are plant-like enemies with yellow buckets covering their head that first appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They stretch themselves up whenever the player gets near, revealing a vine-like coil in it. They appear prominently in a course with their own name, Sproings in the Twilight Forest, where the course's Wonder Effect reflects their behavior.
